Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DeAWM), the asset manager behind the db x-trackers brand of exchange-traded funds, has added to its range of low cost “core” ETFs.

The latest addition to the range is the physically replicated db x-trackers MSCI World Index UCITS ETF (DR) (XDWD), listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The fund provides exposure to the MSCI World Index, a benchmark capturing the performance of large and mid-cap stocks in 23 developed market countries.
The index currently has 1,611 constituents and covers approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization of each country represented in the index.
The fund comes with a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.19%, making it one of the most competitive ETFs in its market segment.
Commenting on the launch, Simon Klein, DeAWM’s Head of Exchange Traded Product Sales, EMEA and Asia, said: “Our core range of low-cost ETFs are proving to be very popular with investors. The addition of an ETF providing global developed market equity exposure fills an important gap, and with an all-in fee of 0.19% per year, we expect to see significant demand for the new listing.”
DeAWM introduced the range in February 2014 to serve the needs of all types of investors looking for low total cost of ownership. All-in fees vary from just 0.07% for the MSCI USA ETF to 0.25% for the Nikkei 225 ETF. The range has attracted more €600 million of inflows in 2014.
