Rockefeller Asset Management has expanded its suite of actively managed ETFs with the launch of a new fund delivering exposure to a high-conviction portfolio of equities listed worldwide.
The Rockefeller Global Equity ETF (RGEF US) has been listed on NYSE Arca with an expense ratio of 0.55%.
RGEF has debuted with approximately $700 million in assets, drawing on Rockefeller’s over three-decade legacy in global market investing.
The fund follows a proven strategy, replicating Rockefeller’s longstanding global equity approach established in 1991, which emphasizes a high-conviction portfolio of 45 to 75 holdings and targets high-quality businesses with robust growth potential.
The fund’s portfolio composition will typically be 55-75% to US companies and 25-45% to non-US companies. The strategy primarily favours established companies with market capitalizations exceeding $4 billion, with investments spanning developed markets and an allocation of up to 30% in emerging and frontier markets.
RGEF’s investment approach is guided by a “bottom-up” security analysis, combining fundamental research and sector-based insights to identify businesses with high returns on capital, competitive advantages, and attractive valuations.
The fund is steered by Michael Seo, Managing Director, who has served as Portfolio Manager on Rockefeller’s global equity strategies for over 15 years.
“Through RGEF, we see a significant opportunity to provide investors with access to a diverse array of leaders and innovators poised for sustainable growth as we seek to deliver alpha and capitalize on opportunities across the global market through our bottom-up, active approach,” said Seo.
Casey Clark, President and Chief Investment Officer of Rockefeller Asset Management, added: “Building on Rockefeller’s over 30-year history in global investing, we are excited to expand on our suite of actively managed ETF solutions and provide a broad range of investors with access to our deeply experienced investment team and extensive legacy in this area of the market.”
Rockefeller’s existing active ETF range includes a US small & mid-cap fund as well as three high-yield municipal bond ETFs.
